SCARLET RAPTOR WELCOME
Can you believe that the fall semester starts in less than two weeks? Here at Rutgers–Camden, all new students are invited to an exciting and engaging event that has become one of our biggest traditions! If you haven’t already, be sure to register for Scarlet Raptor Welcome that will be held on Thursday, August 31st. This special occasion is a celebration and way to meet your future classmates! For questions about registering for fall courses, please contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@camden.rutgers.edu.
Check-in is from 8:00am to 9:00am with activities, music, giveaways, and prizes throughout the day! You won’t want to miss the student organization fair or the huge group picture taken during every Raptor Welcome. We’re so excited for you to be a part of this tradition and can’t wait to see all you accomplish as a Scarlet Raptor!
NEW STUDENT SURVEY
We want to know more about you and your goals! Be sure to complete the College Student Inventory form before the fall so we can best prepare to support your journey.
SUBMIT FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
All students are required to submit final official transcripts. High school transcripts must list all final grades and graduation completion. College transcripts must include all final grades and degrees earned. It takes 4-6 weeks for transcripts to be processed and the student portal to be updated.

- Award-winning chef, Camden native, and Rutgers–Camden alum Corinne Bradley-Powers will be inducted into the Rutgers African-American Alumni Alliance (RAAA) Hall of Fame this fall!
